I have extreme fatigue accompanied by shoulder and neck pain on my right side. My arm starts feeling tingly all the way to my hand. I also have more than a 15 mm hg difference in blood pressure from my right are to my left, with my right arm being lower. I have some confusion and trouble focusing. If sitting up I start feeling dizzy. What should I do and what could be the issue?
