I have started morning jogging to loose stomach fat but after 1 week I feel knee pain and its increase but after taken acemiz Mr. I feel ok but after few hour pain again start. Please advise what I do I have stop jogging but also facing very hard knee pain. Once pain start then I am not able to walk properly and if I sit on the knee in bathroom then its very difficult to stand up due to pain. Please advise.

For sure you need to slow down if exercise, rather stop for few days, if your symptoms are not settling down with rest you need clinical examination and may require radiological investigation such as x-ray or mri if required. Before that you should consult.
