Hello, Thanks for the query. BP 160/80 mm Hg is high, ideally it should be around 120 to 130/ 70 to 80 mm Hg. You may have to increase the dose of Olmesartan to 40 mg a day. With HbA1c% 6% diabetes seems to be well controlled. Thanks
