without proper diagnose or without doctor consult taking medicine is risk for you.( usually medicine for common cold paracetamol with antibiotic) which i not recommand you to take because they all just give a many side effect.( specially antibiotic) and these type of disease can heal by management at home,like drink ginger tea,keep warm your body,eat warm food,drinks hot water.it will take time atleast 5 to 7 days minimum. or according to incubation period of virus or bacteria.
