I am 46 years old female suffering with ocd since 25 years. I am on fludac 40. Now my doctor has prescribed zapiz 1 mg in the night also for jerks in my body. I take telma40 for bp. Now I am having jerks in the evening. Can I take zapiz now because before one hour I took telma 40.

What you're describing are myoclonic jerks which are a side effect in a small number of people taking the class of medicines called ssri's like fludac. If its too much troublesome, you can ask the doctor to prescribe you a different class which is effect in ocd like clomipramine.

Zapiz and telma 40 do not have any interactions and you can certainly take those medications together or with an interval of a few hours. If you feel that the jerks are significant, you need to be physically seen by a neurologist. If they occur intermittently, please record them and show the video recording to your doctor. Nevertheless, a physical examination is necessary if your ocd is under control with the medications.
