I am diabetic person and regularly take 1 tab of megagliptin mf with breakfast and 1 tab of carbophage g 2 after dinner I walk 55 to 60 min daily and weight is well under control with height 165 cm n wt 62 kg. Hello, Thanks for the details. I have seen the details given. Your blood glucose levels both fasting and PP are really quite good. There is no reason to reduce those any further. I am sure you have checked HbA1c%, that should be < 7%. Only one aspect is that at 69 years with 165 cms height, your ideal body weight should be about 58.5% (65 X 0.9 = 58.5 kgs). Your present BMI(Body Mass Index) is 25.34 kgs/Sq meter(Normal < 23kgs/Sq meter up to 60 years.). Hence a few kg reduction will definitely benefit.
