I am depression anxiety patient. Recently I visit Dr. neuro psychiatric, psychiatric (md) the doctors start medicine d-venizep 50/ venlite cz 50 at night. betagel e 0.25 2 times. Zolcalm 5 mg at night. After a week visit to doctors he prescribed venlite cz 50 2 tablet at night. betagel e 0.25 3 times a day. And third time I visit. And tell the problem he prescribed me 1. Venlite cz 100 at night 2. Tri-doth 75/ prothiaden 75 mg at night. 3. betagel e 0.25 morning. 4. Zolcalm 5 mg at night. What should I do apart from medicine so that I could recover soon and feeling relief. Which kind of food to take. Please suggest me with positive. So that I can self try to recover and practice.

Pay attention to your thinking patterns, are they self-critical, or negative and unstoppable? Medications for depression do take time start working and depression usually gets better in 2-3 weeks from having started the medication. We recommend that you also consult a counselor or a psychotherapist who can help with social issues that have led to depression and treat you according to the symptoms with therapies like cbt i.e. Cognitive behavioral therapy. Exercise on a daily basis, taking meals at regular intervals and also having plenty of fluids during the day to keep you hydrated and active; are some other ways to overcome depression and anxiety and recover soon. Foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins b12 and d, folic acid, have also been found useful.
