I was continuing this medicine (nexovas 10 mg each) two times for a long period and my bp was normal as prescribed by the consulting neurologist. However, this medicine was changed to telmisartan am (40/5 mg) by another doctor due to some variations in bp (at 150/90) and now my serum creatinine level is increased from 1.3 to 2.4 whether shall I continue to take nexovas 10 mg two times as prescribed by the nephrologist.

nexovas in higher dose may be required. Or continue AM....lodipine 5 without telmesaratan. It is better tested and more effective than nexovas. However it is slow onset medicine, for the full effect one month of treatment is required
