I am 32 yes old I have blood sugar, high bp, thyroid right now my blood sugar goes down & bp is high thyroid is ok for sugar I used glycomet 250 mg which I have stopped from 5 days due to low blood sugar, for bp I am taking tellzy 40 mg morning, night metx 12.5 mg pls suggest me for low blood sugar medicine & bp medicine.
