I have been taking paroxetine 75 for 2 years for anxiety and dysphoria. Recently my doctor prescribed me "arcalion 200 mg" tablet (sulbutiamine) to increase my motivation and augment my mood. I have got to know that sulbutiamine is fat soluble. So shall I take it with food or without for best absorption? If with food, then "immediately after food" or "after some time" of food. Please help me out. Thank you. Do not wish to opt for therapies.
