I am using fluvoxamine for my anxiety and depression but I am tired and can't do my work.

Fluvoxamine sometimes cause nausea and dizziness due to which you may feel low. But better you consult to your doctor first if it worsen you and moreover do practice healthy life style, diet and meditation/ yoga/ exercises. Take proper sleep and drink water.
