there are lot of things to do with 100%dedication. Do regular exercise and yoga take healthy food avoid excessive tobacco, alcohol,..etc take Omega3 cap daily of good quality take protein rich food or protein supplement sleep early and awake early take plenty of fluid (water, lemonjuice, coconut water, etc) avoid unusual stress check you GI health, if not correct, consult an Ayurveda doctor.
