Hello, thanks for the query. Usually tsh should be checked after a minimum of 6 weeks after starting treatment with adequate dose of levothyroxine. Ideally tsh should be around 3 to 4 mu/l at which all the symptoms are in control. Now with tsh at 11 mu/l, you need to continue the same dosage, then check tsh after 6 weeks to see if desired level is reached. Please remember this is a lifelong treatment. Thanks.

No even I can increase dose to 62.5 mcg take it empty stomach tea or milk one hour later.
