Sir/ madam, I am using thyronorm 75 mcg. Today I have got the result of tsh 0.032 and t3 and t4 normal how much dose do I need take now 25 mcg or 50 mcg please suggest.

50 mcg but stop eltroxin for 7 days completely then take 50 mcg empty stomach also take iodised salt in unripe form in salad and fruits.

Sridevi ji, Thanks for the query. TSH 0.032 is quite low, suggesting present dosage of Levothyroxine is high. You may reduce 25 mcg and take 50 mcg per day, then check TSH again after 6 weeks to see if the level is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms are in check. Thanks.
