I'm a female and i've had a recent blown to the head and now I have difficulty remembering when I took my medicine. I'm gonna list the medicine I have right now so if you could tell me when I should take them please? I'm having difficulty remembering that information. Gabapentin ca+d losartan 25 levothyroxine pantoprazole dimthicone (ferrous glycine sulphate with folic acid) vitamin e zinc i've been taking losartan for over 25 years I guess I remember taking that twice daily. Thank you for helping me out.

You can take osar 25 twice a day and levothyroxine early morning before any food is taken and do not take milk with it. Gabapentin can be taken anytime and pantoprazole half an hour before breakfast.
