Hello Doctors, I have been using cosvate gm over my body since a longer period and recently my doctor advised to stop it immediately. After stopping using it, my skin is developing red rashes, allergies and itching. Should I re-start using it? Or how long will my skin take to get it back normal without cosvate?

Stop using it. You can apply moisturising lotion and calamine lotion on red areas. Long term use of steroid has made your skin damaged, thin and vulnerable. Ideally, cortisol levels should also be done and a tapering dose of oral cs may need to be given in some occasions. It would be best to consult a dermatologist near you.
