Hello lybrate-user! your friend is suffering from anxiety disorder ;includes panic attacks and insomnia .it may be due stress or any mental trauma. So proper case taking is needed to find the cause of anxiety disorder. You can consult me through audio/video call {mobile} through Lybrate. Counselling is needed in this case where calming visualization and relaxation therapy is used to make him free of this state. Hence think for counselling session and homeopathic treatment for permanent cure. Meditation will also be helpful. Practice deep breathing exercise. Stay active and exercise daily for your physical and mental health.
