My age is 39, I had diabetes mellitus lost 10 years, stating 5 years I am controlling in food only called honeymoon period, ofter 5 years I started to take diabetic medicine, lost 3 years I face some family problem with my wife, and we separated 3 years, now we compromise, and leave together, we have one child, but my problem is, she don't know I have a diabetic, I will maintain secretly, and my problem now is ,when we are do sex my pennies not stand ,if it stand there is no strong enough to do sex, that's why I take megalis 10 mg tablet 5 days once, please suggest me, what was the problem, is it diabetic, that's why, or addiction of megalis tablet, my wife age is 31.
