Hi I have a major question we had kid a year back who passed away due to microvilli disease (genetic disorder) as we married in relatives which is cousins this disease has shown in the infant. The doctors have now advised not to conceive and have protected sex so that the case does not repeat again and complete genetic test for ourselves and based on that plan onto next kids. Because if we conceived they will check take the blood or water on 16th week to see if gene is present and if present need to abort if not continue further to complete pregnancy to bear healthy child. Any advice would be helpful any advice would be helpful.
