Hi Sir, I am 27 years old male and I do intense exercise 6 days a week and everything is normal except some high bp but from last 3 days I have been performing 630 plane push ups at 93 kg body weight and from last day my heart rhythm beat has increased a lot and pain in left arms I thought of fear of heart attack and I was disturbed of that and had got a lot of nerve last night which has increased my heartbeat further. So I decided to go for a ecg to satisfy myself and report is as. 802 sinus tachycardia 611 t abnormality (flat t) borderline normal ecg. Pr int (ms: 146,p/qrs/t: 110/97/155, qt/qtc 297/388, p/qrs/t 23 /29/ 17, rv1/sv5 0.29/0.29, rv5/sv1 1.80/0.78.
