My husband just did 2d echo as routine check up as he got attack 2 years before & 40% block which was there and during angiography clot was bursted. Since then on medicine last year when he did 2d echo lvef came 50% now when today he did it again after a year is report are following. Normal chamber dimensions no regional wall motion abnormality good lv systolic function left ventricular ejection fraction lvef 60% no diastolic dysfunction normal cardiac valves no pulmonary hypertension right ventricular systolic pressure rvsp 22mmhg no clot pericardial no vegetation impression good lv systolic function lvef 60% no regional wall motion abnormality no pulmonary hypertension rvsp 22mmhg I wanna ask is this report normal and as last time lvef came 50% now 60% can it can increase. Is there any problem in report or normal as I am always worried regarding his wealth.

50-65 are normal values. Gradual increase from 50 to 60 suggests good recovery of heart muscle after attack.
