I am 27 years old and suffering from asthma since 11 years. And I take salbair b forte 200 mcg daily. And the requirements of taking inhaler is increasing. And I have problem of whizzing chest condition please provide me some information and treatment about it. This happening when I am only 27 years old. please suggest something I have very much stress.

Information is not adequate here for best advice. Lots of information is needed for best treatment like what medications used in last 11 yrs, any comorbidity, dose taken previously and at present time, previous pft report, associated symptom at present, dose of the medications presently used. Still follow some protocols. If I believe about your diagnosis of asthma, I will suggest for step up treatment at present like addition of antiallergic medication or pdes inhibitor group of drugs. I can not tell you doses unless complete information is received.

Likly asthma .confrm by pft. R/o allergic cause by ige estimation. Use laba and ics combination by inhalation with spacer if asthma confirmed.

Kindly do a pulmonary function test serum ige levels and further decide the plan of inhalers also if ige is high plan for a skin prick allergy test to help find the trigger.
