My father is suffering from ischemic stroke (brain left side) from last 5 months and the right side is paralyzed & he is semi-conscious. Now he is at home but he is not able to open his eyes and speak. Always on the bed. We are giving feed (milk, nepro hp protein, pulses soup veggies soup etc.) through ryles tube but now he is losing weight and suffering from constipation also. Kindly request you to please advise some diet for weight gain through ryles tube and medication to improve my father's health.
