Can subclinical thyroid be cured? I had after my abortion. If I take proper care in diet and do meditations and yoga regularly. In June I had 7.2 after a month it went normal without meditations only through proper diet. But in October it's 6.2. Can it be cured without medicines and if I have to take medicines then is it for life long.
