Four days ago I took 2 b complex together for 2 days then I stopped that and I am now taking 2second cod liver oil tablet daily. My head scalp is full swollen, pimples. Already I have hair loss. I am now feeling pain while comb on my scalp. However, I used to have acidity hyper gastric stomach burn chest burn but I don't feel any thing after I started taking cod liver oil tablet. Now scalp allergy I got from b complex or not I am not sure. I feel I have lot of nutrition deficiency I am not getting what should I do. I feel good after taking cod liver oil tablet my eye sight has also improved. Now can someone suggest what to take and what not to take. I am worried about my bald scalp now its more I am not sure if that was any side effects of b complex as I over dose it for 2 days. Lot of heat I feel. But after I took cod liver oil tablet my bowl are clear no stomach burn acidity but feeling bit heat.
