Hello, thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. In this communication there is no facility for attaching or forwarding the reports. That can be done only when one comes through a private conversation (paid consultation). In this communication you can only type the details and post in the question itself. When a person has diabetes for a number of years (15 - 20 years or more), it does affect the kidneys leading to diabetic nephropathy. This happens because of long term damage caused by high glucose on microvasculature of the kidney. This results in increase in serum creatinine, urea & micoalbuminuria as well as reduction in glomerular filtration. (measured as egfr). Urinary infection can creat further complications. Urimax 0.4 mg is given for helping passing of urine easily. Cramps are quite common in some diabetic persons. In this communication we are only supposed to give general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. I request you to come back with following details: fasting, pp glucose values, hba1c%, dosage of antidiabetic drugs, serum urea and microalbumin values, plus bp readings and lipid profile. Thanks.

Diabetics develop nephropathy as a complication, speed is increased if you have high blood pressure also. Urinaty tract infections are difficult to control if there is some obstruction in urinary tract. To arrest fast progess of nephropathy blood sugar snd bp should be controlled strictly. Sudden increase of creatinine is not dedirable at all. Please consult a nephrologist.
