I have ocd and I wash hands repeatedly with dettol soap. Some occasions I wash hands more than 15 time at a same time. And then my hands turn white when they dry. Even I rinse them well but they remain white. I have some questions q1. I want to know whether it is dry soap on hands or something else which looks white? Q2. Is it ok if move them in my hair or they will add soap on my hair? Q?is it ok to wash hair with hands of such condition.

Dear Lybrate user, it is likely that the whiteness of your hand is due to excessive amount of rinsing. It's probably due to that that the skin of your palm might get wrinkly. But it should come back to normal. If it still persist please see a doctor.
