I got hepatitis a, 3 months ago, now my alt is 210 and ast is 107. Is it normal that the enzymes are still high? Should I stay on rest until the enzymes are normal? Can I eat some chocolate? Can I go to work? When is it expected for the enzymes to go back to normal?

1. You can have chocolate. No issues with that. Infact it is recommended to have high card diet while recovering from hep a. 2. If you are not feeling weak, you can go to work. The enzymes will normalize in a period of 1-2 weeks.
