Is there any exercise or food for controlling anxiety and panic disorder. Are english medicines for anxiety and panic attack safe. I am taking etizolam .25 two times a day. And sertima 50. When ever I travel alone or want to go far away places I feel scared. My body becomes weak and I feel there is no energy inside me and I will fall and die. I took english medicines since last year till june 2019. Still problem in not solving. Can anyone help me. Life is like hell. I am not able to do anything because of that. No travelling.

Doing deep breathing exercises daily and then doing them when you have a panic attack is very helpful. Practice doing it daily with 3 seconds of inhalation, hold it for 2-3 sec and exhale in 2 or 3 seconds. Do this 4 to 5 sets, 4 to 5 times a day and once you have practiced this, whenever you have a panic attack, do it till the panic subsides. Apart from this, follow up with your doctor and if you arent getting the relief required from the medicine, ask to change / raise the dose or add another adjuvant medicine for the same.
