My mother had been detected with interstitial lung disease around 2 years back. We have consulted many doctors who have advised us to take pirfenex tablets. However, it does not seem to be improving the condition anyway (although the condition may be considered to be a bit stable). We also have increased the dosage of the tablets from 2 to 4 now as per the advise of the doctors. Can you help us to get a better treatment / cure for this disease?

Effective dose of pirfenex is 1800 mg/day in devided doses increased gradualy and two tab /day is a homeopathic dose. More over if it is ild then if any cause for this has to be treated. If ipf, then it is a gradualy progressive disease and progress of disease can be slowed with treatment.
