My gums are paining and sometimes bleeding also. Kindly help me to get rid of it ?

Pain in gums is due to gingivitis ,the best course is to maintain your oral hygiene keep your mouth clean and brush your teeth after every meals and before going to bed .Use chlorhexidine mouth wash twice a day. Apply sensodent gum paint by warren twice daily .You will see the miracle in one week.Good luck .

Dear please get your cleaning and prophylaxis of the teeth regularly. Skiing with that use chlorhexidine mouth washes and warm saline rinses regularly . Wish you good help.

Get done a good scaling ( cleaning) and then use curenext gel for gym massage daily twicw after brushing. . Try parodontax paste its good for gums ( for brushing on regular basis).

This is because of gum disease especialy the inflammation of gums(Gingivitis).It is a common dental disease.If you do not brush properly,food debris mixes with saliva and oral bacteria to form a sticky mass called plaque.Gradualy the plaque matrix leading to a hardenned calcified deposits known as calculus. The inflammation of gums causes reddening of the gums initialy.In established cases,it results in severe pain,bleeding while brushing teeth,swelling and loosening of gums.In advanced cases,it causes the loss of bone that supports the teeth(Periodontitis),leading to loosening of teeth and ultimatly its loss. Treatment for this is,do mechanical cleaning of teeth (Scaling) form any dental clinic and brush your teeth twice daily and use chlorhexidine mouth wash after that. Regular checkup and oral hygiene maintanance needed every 6 months.
