When I performed any stage for singing I used 1 petril beta 10 and its so helpful for me. Is that danger for my health.?

Yes, few effects were not initially observable and recorded, but slowly slowly you will be dependent on this and not able to perform without it after few years.It's better to work upon your resilience power and confidence. Take help of any behaviour therapist in this matter to control your stage anxiety. Systematic desensitisation and psycho-drill therapy do wonder with live performers.

If it only stage fear you can use the same as and when needed and under psychiatrist advise. But if the need becomes more and regular, other medications need to be given and not these. Good luck.
