When bp 150/90 Dr. Prescribe concor cor 2.5 mg & continue last 2 yrs, bp remains 130/80 to 140/80. Now Dr. Prescribe cilnicab 10 mg. please tell which medicine is best for me.

140 not bad. Changing to new medicine may not be sufficient if you wish yo bring it down further. Ask your Dr. whether you can try concor 5 mg for 3 months.
