Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. You have already consulted the endocrinologist, which right thing to do. Follow his prescription. Because with high anti tpo antibodies you have hashimoto's thyroiditis, which leads to hypothyroidism. So the treatment is to take adequate dosage of levothyroxine as the doctor has already prescribed. This is invariably a life long treatment.
