I am 44 years old and diabetic since last 16 years from last 1 year continue 4 km walking and from last 15 days 6 km in morning and 4 km in evening regular medicine carbophage g2 at lunch time even medicine and regular walking my diabetics 227 fasting and 398 pp2bs no added sugar in morning tea or at lunch and dinner every food without sugar or jaggery how can I control my sugar level.
