My son is 3 year old. He make good eye contact but while teaching something he will not show interest. Always running in home with good eye contact. Name respond was good but he interested in something he won't turn while calling him. He is not talking yet. But say amma, abba, pappa, nana and some more words on his own. What can we do to make him talk.
