Hello doctor my husband previous taking for bp tablet stamlo 5 mg now my husband got heart attack and doctor done the procedure angiography and stent now changed the medicine nikoran 5 mg it is treat the bp please answer.

nikoran is for blockage not for BP. bp may be low for few weeks after heart attacks. So measure BP weekly and medicine may be restarted if BP becomes high again
