I am taking alopathy medicine Paradise xr, 12.5mgzolfresh 2.5mg,mirtaz 7.5mg.Due to divorce I was depressed. Last September it got cleared.But tablets got habited. I don't have habits like liquor,smoke or gutkha.I want to stop tables. I have reduced medicines .So I want to shift to alternate medicine pls advice.
