I have been taking paroxetine 62.5 for last one year for anxiety disorder. Recently my treating doctor added a health supplement "ignicar 200 tab" to augment my mood and help in overall well being. Tab ignicar -200 contains" zinc- carnosine 200" and it was advised to me twice daily. But I could not find ignicar tablet in market and do not wish to purchase it online. Thus please let me know the substitute medicine which contains "zinc- carnosine 200" which can be taken in the place of ignicar 200. Just for informative purpose. Thank you. I am taking therapy too.

It does not have that much evidence and is too expensive, in my personal experience a totally useless medication. Kindly continue the main medicine and don't bother about carnosine.
