I am 27. So many things are going in my life or at least in my head right now. The problem is that I always feel depressed. There is always something that I am constantly thinking of. I always overthink and because of this I lose the track of the thing that are going around me I have a very small frend circle and always finds problems in socializing with new people and in new environment. Because of all this I feel very detached to my work am not able to concentrate on it. I have had multiple jobs but couldn't find anyone interesting. What should I do. Please help me.

I would recommend that you visit a psychiatrist who will prescribe you a short term course of some medicines which will help you with your anxiety issues. The medicines are highly effective and are given only for a few months. Also till then, you should try relaxing your self by doing some deep breathing exercises, have a healthy diet, have a regular exercise schedule.
