I am 26 years old female ,on last october my stomach suddenly started making noises & next day I saw drops of bloods in my stool 3 times ,however I was not able to pass stool & after 2-3 days I started feeling fever backache & loss of appetite I consulted physician who said it is stomach infection ,took metronidazole & ornidazole for several days but didn't see any big improvement & then after facing for 1 month I visited gastro specialist & after endoscopy & cbc he said that it is nothing but diffuse gastritis. Taking treatment from 22nd november 2019. Doctor prescribed rifagut 550 twice daily for 7 days ,proper on an empty stomach for 1 month, syrup sucrafil & freego powder at night. All medicines are completed only 3 tabs of proper is left whenever I eat outside food or non veg food, I started having symptoms like urgency to defecate whole day, loss of appetite ,nausea & also my stool consistency changes to soft with mucus & dark in colour. I feel weak few days ago doctor prescribed me unienzyme twice daily for 1 week & advice to avoid oily & spicy food but again I had outside & non veg food & the problem started. Now the doctor has again prescribed rifagut for 7 days twice daily ,lactifiber 2 tbsp at night before sleep. What is wrong with me as it's been a month i'm not getting cured & doctor says there is nothing to be worried about. What should I do? Also I feel my right eye sticky when I walk up in the morning.

Do according to your doctor's advice and stop eating oily & spicy food as well as outside & non veg food. Taking more and more powerful medicines will not be beneficial unless you observe food discipline.
