Hello doctor. I am sneha ,age 24 .i am struggling with blackheads, whiteheads. And lots of stubborn acne. Can I use tretinoin 0.025 cream for that, I am currently using epiduo gel for spot treatment .i have oily, sensitive .dehydrated skin. Pls hlp.

More specific medicine required. Depends upon the grade. Blackheads, whiteheads, acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne.
