I am 20 year old. I am really suffering from lower back pain. It's difficult to bent and change postures. Can I do something at home to get relief? Please suggest me home remedies.

Avoid exertion. Normal walk is good for you. Take calcium rich diet. Sit for atleast half an hour in sun. Its good for you. You can take half spoon haldi in warm milk. For proper cure consult a doctor.
