In my tongue there are some pimples types something present on back side and they are 6 months old they are not getting well and kabhi kabhi I feel ki in my throat not at the tym of rating but normally when I sit it feels like something is present in thorat jo ki legal nahin raha I never feel at tym of eating only when I simply sit that tym I think I feel like something this also. Whats the problem and whats the treatment for this?
