I underwent a surgery first ectopic pregnancy which had my left fallopian tube removed. After surgery I had two normal menstrual cycle with 34 days cycle length .am waiting for my third cycle and it's already 35 days .before surgery my cycle length was 30 days. Only after four cycles we should plan for pregnancy as advised by my doc. Is this delay normal? My usg report in november says everything is normal and I have no other problems in my ovaries or uterus or the right tube. Please advise what should I do now to get my periods.
