I am 20 years old male. Had stomach problems from 3 months. Loss of appetite, heartburn and left side pain. Had endoscopy, cbc and liver test all were normal. Appetite is slightly better than before. Heartburn occurs in 3-4 days. Pain occurs randomly sometimes. But from yesterday having mild dull pain in upper back and slightly above the middle back. Extremely scared of pancreatic or liver cancer. Please suggest. Already several tests done.
