I have been diagnosed with dry eyes (left eye only) 6 months back. Normally I face dryness in my left eye during driving and I need to rub the outer skin on the eyes. Doctor prescribed me lubrex eye drops with sioxxy tablet. But problem is still there even after six months doctor now prescribed me tears natural forte lubricant eye drops which is to be used 6 times a day I have been told that I have to use this eye drop for life long. please let me know eye dryness can not be cured? Is there any other medicine which I can use which can cure this problem or prescribed medicine is ok.
