I am suffering from hypochondriasis and panic aatact is flupentixol and melitracen is good to take? As I am worry about his serious bad effect on my mind.

yes, u can take it twice a day as advised by the doctor. alternatively there are other medicines like SSRI's which will help u with the panic attacks. Also do remember to do other things like deep breathing exercises, relaxation techniques like progressive muscle relaxation , or yoga which can help you with your anxiety management
