Mild anterior listhesis of l5 over s1. Reduced disc height at l5-s1 level. Was written. So, what treatment she needs or she should go for operation? Etc.?

You can try the physiotherapy for starting phase, if it will relieve the symptoms then the surgery can be avoided. Spondin drops of homeopathy will give great results.
