I am a male 74 years suffering from copd for 3 years. Neb duolin ,levolin, foracort .5 mg, loft air all taken with 2 /3 hours gap through nebulizer .predmet 4 mg 1-0-1, cilacar 5 mg 0-0-1 montek lc 0-0-1 to day Dr. hs given deriphyllin retard 150 mg 0-1-0 .without neb I am not bale to breath properly. For 2 hours I am ok I can drive car climb stairs etc but again neb is to be used. Under this condition deriphyllin retard 50 g is it necessary?

If with all these measures you do not get adequate relief then deriphyllin retard 150 may be added at night after dinner.
